Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive skin treatment, which targets pigmentation, dull skin, dehydration, fine lines and wrinkles and hair loss with results often seen after as few as 3 sessions.
The treatment itself is a series of microinjections of a mixture of vitamins, antiradicals and aminoacids into the mesodermal layer of the skin. The result is tighter, more nourished and rejuvenated skin whilst promoting the production of collagen and elastin, essential in maintaining the skin’s natural elasticity.
Bespoke mesotherapy treatments target thinning hair and hair loss, stimulating the hair follicles to improve the nutritional state of the hair follicles for better hair anchoring and vitality.
Following an in-depth assessment with your SAS Aesthetics doctor, discussing your suitability and expected results, your Mesotherapy Cocktail will be bespoke to meet your needs with a combination of active ingredients to include vitamins, enzymes, biotin and hyaluronic acid.
The treatment is minimally invasive and for best results we suggest a course of 3-6 treatments. After the initial redness has subsided, you can typically expect results to last around 12 months.
Mesotherapy Can Carry a Downtime Of 1-24 hours.
15-30 minutes.
Avoid direct sunlight and wear SPF 50 for 5-7 days. No Makeup for 24 hours.
1-3 months after each treatment – often a course of 3-6 treatments is recommended.

Dr Saleki is the sweetest and most professional Dr ever! I was really nervous and she completely put me at ease for my fox eye thread lift!
I was a bit nervous, Dr Mahsa was lovely, she couldn’t of been more professional and kind. I had nose threads and the procedure was quick and apart from a bit of discomfort with the anaesthetic, the rest was totally pain free. I am 3 days post treatment and still a bit swollen but other than that everything has been very smooth and I feel fine. I’m excited to see the settled results. Would I recommend, 100% yes.
First time I every had any treatment and it was a brilliant experience, The Dr was very Calm and compassionate and clear. I read about a treatment threading but she said I didn’t need it and suggested fillers and fat dissolving which has work for me, definitely go again even though it took me over 2hours to get there.

// LOWERFACE THREADLIFTS - A lower-face thread lift is more than a quick “tightening” treatment—it’s a strategic, minimally invasive way to reposition the deeper structures of the face and restore youthful definition without surgery. As we age, the fat pads in the lower face gradually shift downward, contributing to heaviness around the jawline, deepening of nasolabial folds, and early jowl formation. A lower-face thread lift uses dissolvable, biostimulatory threads to gently re-anchor these fat pads back into a more lifted, natural-looking position.✨ Key Benefits of a Lower-Face Thread Lift:• Repositions descended fat padsInstead of simply pulling the skin, the threads engage the deeper SMAS layer—helping lift the tissues that actually cause sagging. This creates true structural support for a more sculpted lower face.• Defines the jawline and reduces early jowlsBy restoring upward tension in the lower face, the jawline becomes cleaner, sharper, and more youthful.• Tightens and improves skin qualityAs the threads dissolve, they stimulate collagen production, gradually improving skin texture, firmness, and elasticity for months after the procedure.• Natural-looking resultsBecause the tissues are repositioned rather than overstretched, the outcome looks refreshed rather than “done.”• Minimal downtime, maximal impactMost patients return to daily activities quickly, making it ideal for those wanting noticeable improvement without surgery or extended recovery.A lower-face thread lift offers a beautifully balanced way to lift, contour, and rejuvenate—working with your natural anatomy to give you a more youthful, harmonious lower face.#facelift #jowltreatment #nonsurgicalfacelift #londoncpsmeticsurgeon
We were one of the the first to stop the treatment in question. And the device sits gathering dust in our cupboard. The problem with the device is t the technology - it’s the alterations that manufacturers sometimes decide to make for cost savings. Ultimately it leads to their demise. Most microneedling RF devices are perfectly safe, result driven and specific in their delivering. What’s been your experience with microneedling RF?#skintightening #nonsurgicalfacelift #londoncosmeticsurgery
A new Nose in 30 minutes 😎 No surgery, No filler. Little downtime. Nose threads are amazing for just that. A relatively new invention. Nose threads use traditionally available sutures in a new modified modern way. They hold on to the nose skin and reshape it entirely. The transformations are radical. It’s a quick procedure that gives long lasting results that eliminate the risks of surgery. In this video you can see the remarkable results which will continue to get better over time. Typical healing where the skin smooths and the swelling resolves often takes 3-6 days. For more info give us a DM #rhinoplasty #nonsurgicalnosejob #nosereshaping
CO2 laser is a serious treatment - it’s not a cute day out at your local med spa This level ablation is rarely justified specially if the underlying issue is deep muscular lines and volume loss. As is the case here 👆Instead, CO2 is a great all round treatment for texture and crepey thinning skin. Here’s a quick guide on how to best optimise CO2 according to your age.20-30s >> have a single session every 6 months mild ablation for glowey rejuvenated skin.30-40s >> up your game as the collagen reserve is starting to deplete. Have 3-4 sessions once every 12-18 months to banish pores, fine lines and sun damage. 40-50s >> your the real winners of this treatments potential. It will tighten your skin as the collagen reserves are staring to shrink. It will reverse any sign of aging and smooth your tone and texture. It’s a good investment for you in the long run. Do 3-4 sessions once a year.50-60s >> you can, under careful guidance get good results but as you cross the 50 mark healing becomes slower so be sure to invest in an adjunct treatment like exosomes or polynucleotides to help maximise effect and minimise downtime. What do you think - is this treatment a must or unnecessary 👇
WOW WOW WE WOW! Kris looks GOOD 🥰 She’s got the billions so it’s the least we expect from her surgeon - make her look amazing please. For $300000 I personally think he’s done an “alright” job … 😁As a woman who likes to look her best(ish) 😝 and likes to adopt an investor mindset in all aspects of my life. I believe tweakments are no exception. So if you want to save your £100000s and get 50-70% of these results without surgery here’s what I’d recommend with a rough idea of costs 🙌Start with CO2 - do 4 sessions with our therapist £800 >>> this will tighten your skin and reduce texture and most pigmentation. Then a single session of CO2 around the eyes £800 In between your CO2 do a single session of Sofwave full face - £950 with the therapist.Time to deal the eyes which are the key to this transformation. Do Tox and a PDO brow lift - total £1000Then if you still need a lift and tighten of the face to get this snatch do your face threads (nothing compares non surgically to the lift you get with threads) - total £1800I recommend a top up set of threads at 6 months and in all honesty once you’ve had your second round of threads you’re good to go for 3-5 years. Of course, Botox will need maintainanace but you won’t be far off this transformation … for $300k you could top up your threads 300 times ( you’d definitely get a better result for life than this if you did 😅) What do you think - is it worth $300k?? Fox Eyes 🙌 Never has a treatment been so disruptive to the aesthetic industry. We were the first to specialise in this revolutionary treatment. Before fox eyes - all anyone knew was to “fill and freeze”! Fox eyes came along and the gap between surgical and non surgical was shrunk. Women had more options, the fat cats didn’t like it. Their beloved company sales of filler and Tox was at stake. The fear that people might not have surgery or in fact NEED surgery creeped in. And the entire PR machine started to spin its COGS (no pun intended!) 😁No they don’t last forever but they last no less than ANY other treatment you’re paying for. No they don’t widely cause scarring or nerve damage - no more than ANY other treatment. We are blessed as a company with a vision for equality and autonomy for our patients to make the right choices. We have changed the landscape and shone a light on the importance of skin tightening and lifting to treat the problem (if any) rather than mask or hide the problem. And that in essence is who we are. Your aesthetics problem solver 🩵 so if you have a problem and you want an honest opinion on how to solve it. Drop us a DM xx have A Blessed day and don’t forget to hit that like button 🙏The women and sometime men we treat trust us to educate them
I’ve been thinking about this video for as long as I’ve seen it and I thought it was important to bring it to your attention incase for whatever reason your tempted to have this madness done to you.Options for non-surgical upper eyelid surgery ARE 👇✔️ CO2 laser✔️ Sofwave✔️ Threadlifts The ARE NOT ❌ chemical peels !! How do you know for sure it’s not gonna go in your EYE!! Stress … 🙃❌ Scissor cutting Please please stop doing this if you are a practitioner or at least show us some results 🥰
Do I need a full face of filler treatment? The answer invariably is absolutely not. This mindset is very old fashioned in the currently climate. 5-10 years ago the only effective treatment options were to freeze to toxin and fill with filler. So everybody who came in to a clinic had the same 2 options to fill pre freeze? Now technology become more advanced and techniques are better. No one should be thinking that filler is their only option. Full face treatments are usually a combination of skin tightening followed by volumisation (which is best done with filler). In this case, a good clinical assessment of the patient facial dynamics shows that the main cause of aging is a volume deficit in the apples of the cheeks which has contributed to a shift downward towards the jowls and a focus on the under eyes. Once this is filled all those concerns are simultaneously dealt with. Sometimes that’s all you need. A little bit of cheek filler. If you want to know what your single treatment need is - fill out the free consultation form and we’ll get back to you.
