Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive skin treatment, which targets pigmentation, dull skin, dehydration, fine lines and wrinkles and hair loss with results often seen after as few as 3 sessions.

The treatment itself is a series of microinjections of a mixture of vitamins, antiradicals and aminoacids into the mesodermal layer of the skin. The result is tighter, more nourished and rejuvenated skin whilst promoting the production of collagen and elastin, essential in maintaining the skin’s natural elasticity.

Bespoke mesotherapy treatments target thinning hair and hair loss, stimulating the hair follicles to improve the nutritional state of the hair follicles for better hair anchoring and vitality.

Following an in-depth assessment with your SAS Aesthetics doctor, discussing your suitability and expected results, your Mesotherapy Cocktail will be bespoke to meet your needs with a combination of active ingredients to include vitamins, enzymes, biotin and hyaluronic acid.

The treatment is minimally invasive and for best results we suggest a course of 3-6 treatments. After the initial redness has subsided, you can typically expect results to last around 12 months.

// Sofwave vs. Morpheus8 — Why Sofwave Is the Smarter Choice for Most Patients ✨

Both treatments tighten and rejuvenate the skin…
But Sofwave takes it to the next level with advanced ultrasound technology, minimal downtime, and zero skin breakage.

Here’s why more patients are choosing Sofwave 👇

⸻

🔵 SOFWAVE — Non-Invasive. Powerful. No Downtime.

• Uses precise ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen in the mid-dermis
• No needles, no skin penetration, no wounds
• Zero social downtime — most people go straight back to life
• Ideal for lifting brows, tightening the jawline, smoothing neck lines, and treating early laxity
• Safe on all skin types with minimal risk
• A comfortable treatment with consistently reliable results

✨ Perfect for clients who want visibly firmer, tighter skin without recovery time.

⸻

🟤 MORPHEUS8 — Effective, But More Invasive

• RF microneedling creates micro-injuries in the skin
• Can involve swelling, redness, and several days of downtime
• Higher risk of pigmentation issues in certain skin types
• Better suited for textural concerns like scarring or deep lines

⸻

💡 Why Sofwave Wins for Most Anti-Aging Goals

If your primary goal is lifting, tightening, smoothing, and firming the skin with:
✅ No needles
✅ No downtime
✅ No skin trauma
✅ And predictable results…

Sofwave is the superior choice.

⸻

We were one of the the first to stop the treatment in question. And the device sits gathering dust in our cupboard. The problem with the device is t the technology - it’s the alterations that manufacturers sometimes decide to make for cost savings. Ultimately it leads to their demise. Most microneedling RF devices are perfectly safe, result driven and specific in their delivering. What’s been your experience with microneedling RF?

A new Nose in 30 minutes 😎 No surgery, No filler. Little downtime.

Nose threads are amazing for just that. A relatively new invention. Nose threads use traditionally available sutures in a new modified modern way. They hold on to the nose skin and reshape it entirely. The transformations are radical.

It’s a quick procedure that gives long lasting results that eliminate the risks of surgery.

In this video you can see the remarkable results which will continue to get better over time. Typical healing where the skin smooths and the swelling resolves often takes 3-6 days.

CO2 laser is a serious treatment - it’s not a cute day out at your local med spa

This level ablation is rarely justified specially if the underlying issue is deep muscular lines and volume loss. As is the case here 👆

Instead, CO2 is a great all round treatment for texture and crepey thinning skin. Here’s a quick guide on how to best optimise CO2 according to your age.

20-30s >> have a single session every 6 months mild ablation for glowey rejuvenated skin.

30-40s >> up your game as the collagen reserve is starting to deplete. Have 3-4 sessions once every 12-18 months to banish pores, fine lines and sun damage.

40-50s >> your the real winners of this treatments potential. It will tighten your skin as the collagen reserves are staring to shrink. It will reverse any sign of aging and smooth your tone and texture. It’s a good investment for you in the long run. Do 3-4 sessions once a year.

50-60s >> you can, under careful guidance get good results but as you cross the 50 mark healing becomes slower so be sure to invest in an adjunct treatment like exosomes or polynucleotides to help maximise effect and minimise downtime.

What do you think - is this treatment a must or unnecessary 👇

WOW WOW WE WOW! Kris looks GOOD 🥰 She’s got the billions so it’s the least we expect from her surgeon - make her look amazing please. For $300000 I personally think he’s done an “alright” job … 😁

As a woman who likes to look her best(ish) 😝 and likes to adopt an investor mindset in all aspects of my life. I believe tweakments are no exception. So if you want to save your £100000s and get 50-70% of these results without surgery here’s what I’d recommend with a rough idea of costs 🙌

Start with CO2 - do 4 sessions with our therapist £800 >>> this will tighten your skin and reduce texture and most pigmentation. Then a single session of CO2 around the eyes £800

In between your CO2 do a single session of Sofwave full face - £950 with the therapist.

Time to deal the eyes which are the key to this transformation. Do Tox and a PDO brow lift - total £1000

Then if you still need a lift and tighten of the face to get this snatch do your face threads (nothing compares non surgically to the lift you get with threads) - total £1800

I recommend a top up set of threads at 6 months and in all honesty once you’ve had your second round of threads you’re good to go for 3-5 years. Of course, Botox will need maintainanace but you won’t be far off this transformation … for $300k you could top up your threads 300 times ( you’d definitely get a better result for life than this if you did 😅)

What do you think - is it worth $300k?? Comment below 👇

I’ve been thinking about this video for as long as I’ve seen it and I thought it was important to bring it to your attention incase for whatever reason your tempted to have this madness done to you.

Options for non-surgical upper eyelid surgery ARE 👇

✔️ CO2 laser
✔️ Sofwave
✔️ Threadlifts

The ARE NOT

❌ chemical peels !! How do you know for sure it’s not gonna go in your EYE!! Stress … 🙃
❌ Scissor cutting

Please please stop doing this if you are a practitioner or at least show us some results 🥰

Do I need a full face of filler treatment? The answer invariably is absolutely not.

This mindset is very old fashioned in the currently climate. 5-10 years ago the only effective treatment options were to freeze to toxin and fill with filler. So everybody who came in to a clinic had the same 2 options to fill pre freeze?

Now technology become more advanced and techniques are better. No one should be thinking that filler is their only option. Full face treatments are usually a combination of skin tightening followed by volumisation (which is best done with filler).

In this case, a good clinical assessment of the patient facial dynamics shows that the main cause of aging is a volume deficit in the apples of the cheeks which has contributed to a shift downward towards the jowls and a focus on the under eyes. Once this is filled all those concerns are simultaneously dealt with. Sometimes that’s all you need. A little bit of cheek filler.

If you want to know what your single treatment need is - fill out the free consultation form and we’ll get back to you.
