The demands of such a role are enormous and require managing life and death scenarios every day and monitoring and caring for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. I was a bit nervous, Dr Mahsa was lovely, she couldn’t of been more professional and kind. I had nose threads and the procedure was quick and apart from a bit of discomfort with the anaesthetic, the rest was totally pain free. I am 3 days post treatment and still a bit swollen but other than that everything has been very smooth and I feel fine. I’m excited to see the settled results. Would I recommend, 100% yes.
First time I every had any treatment and it was a brilliant experience, The Dr was very Calm and compassionate and clear. Do I need a full face of filler treatment? The answer invariably is absolutely not.This mindset is very old fashioned in the currently climate. 5-10 years ago the only effective treatment options were to freeze to toxin and fill with filler. So everybody who came in to a clinic had the same 2 options to fill pre freeze?Now technology become more advanced and techniques are better. No one should be thinking that filler is their only option. Full face treatments are usually a combination of skin tightening followed by volumisation (which is best done with filler).In this case, a good clinical assessment of the patient facial dynamics shows that the main cause of aging is a volume deficit in the apples of the cheeks which has contributed to a shift downward towards the jowls and a focus on the under eyes. Once this is filled all those concerns are simultaneously dealt with. Sometimes that’s all you need.
