Melasma is a common skin condition that causes dark, blotchy patches, typically on the face—often appearing on the cheeks, forehead, nose, and upper lip. These patches are a result of increased melanin production, commonly triggered by hormonal changes (such as pregnancy or birth control) and sun exposure. Known as the “mask of pregnancy,” melasma often develops in women, but it can affect anyone, especially those with a genetic predisposition or skin that naturally produces more melanin.
At our clinic, we offer an integrative, science-backed approach to treating melasma, utilizing medical-grade skincare and advanced protocols for safe, effective results. Here’s how our targeted treatments can help.
Combining expert skin assessment, premium medical-grade products, and FDA-approved laser treatments, our clinic offers a comprehensive, tailored plan to treat melasma and help restore your skin’s natural, even tone. Let us guide you on the path to clear, radiant skin with professional care and proven solutions designed to help you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
Laser therapy is a powerful tool in treating melasma, especially when combined with medical-grade skincare. The laser targets and breaks down excess melanin in the deeper layers of the skin, helping to fade dark patches without affecting surrounding tissue. This process allows the body to naturally clear away fragmented pigment, gradually lightening melasma spots.
When paired with medical-grade skincare, which is formulated to inhibit melanin production and calm inflammation, laser treatments become even more effective. The skincare products help prevent the recurrence of pigmentation while supporting the skin’s healing and renewal post-laser. This combination of targeted laser treatment and high-potency skincare offers a comprehensive approach, delivering brighter, more even skin over time.

Dr Saleki is the sweetest and most professional Dr ever! I was really nervous and she completely put me at ease for my fox eye thread lift!
I was a bit nervous, Dr Mahsa was lovely, she couldn’t of been more professional and kind. I had nose threads and the procedure was quick and apart from a bit of discomfort with the anaesthetic, the rest was totally pain free. I am 3 days post treatment and still a bit swollen but other than that everything has been very smooth and I feel fine. I’m excited to see the settled results. Would I recommend, 100% yes.
First time I every had any treatment and it was a brilliant experience, The Dr was very Calm and compassionate and clear. I read about a treatment threading but she said I didn’t need it and suggested fillers and fat dissolving which has work for me, definitely go again even though it took me over 2hours to get there.
