A non-surgical rhinoplasty is a safe and effective treatment for most patients who are looking to enhance the appearance of their nose without undergoing invasive surgery. However, the treatment may not be suitable for everyone, and Dr Saleki will need to assess your nose and medical history to determine if you are a suitable candidate.
During your consultation, our experienced cosmetic doctor, Dr Mahsa Saleki, will assess your nose and discuss your aesthetic goals with you. She will then recommend the best course of treatment to help you achieve your desired results.
During the procedure, a small amount of numbing cream is applied to the nose to minimise any discomfort. Dr Saleki will then use a fine needle to inject small amounts of dermal filler into specific areas of the nose to create the desired effect. The filler will be gently massaged into place to ensure a smooth and natural-looking result.
The fillers used in non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that is naturally found in the body. This means that the treatment is safe and well-tolerated by most patients.
There are several benefits to choosing a non-surgical rhinoplasty over traditional surgery, including:
The most common technique, uses fillers to smooth out any bumps on the bridge of the nose to make the profile of the nose straighter. Dermal filler can also be placed at the tip of the nose to lift and create a more feminine shape. Botulinum toxin A can also be injected below the tip of the nose to relax the muscle pulling it down resulting in a lifted tip. More recently PDO threads are being used to lift the tip and straighten the bridge simultaneously. This is a more desired technique for those who want to change the shape of their nose without adding too much volume to their nose.
As with all aesthetics treatments, consumption of alcohol should be avoided for 12 hours before and after treatment, the same is said for smoking but for 6 hours. Particular to this treatment, you should avoid any pressure on your nose for 2-3 weeks and that includes avoiding the use of glasses/ sunglasses.
Dr Saleki is the sweetest and most professional Dr ever! I was really nervous and she completely put me at ease for my fox eye thread lift!
I was a bit nervous, Dr Mahsa was lovely, she couldn’t of been more professional and kind. I had nose threads and the procedure was quick and apart from a bit of discomfort with the anaesthetic, the rest was totally pain free. I am 3 days post treatment and still a bit swollen but other than that everything has been very smooth and I feel fine. I’m excited to see the settled results. Would I recommend, 100% yes.
First time I every had any treatment and it was a brilliant experience, The Dr was very Calm and compassionate and clear. I read about a treatment threading but she said I didn’t need it and suggested fillers and fat dissolving which has work for me, definitely go again even though it took me over 2hours to get there.
